Day 7: Tell us about your crush.
Staring out the window on Mr. Millaway’s bus humming this ditty and thinking about some eighth or ninth grade “big boy” who was not thinking about me, my big ol’ glasses, and my super-stuffed backpack (because I could never get the combination lock open on my locker and I was that kind of nerd okay).
I’m not digging on anybody these days. Bleh.
Bleh because crushes kinda rock. Well for girls like me with a penchant for daydreaming anyway. They can be so no-strings-attached; so girly-giggles and belly-flipping better than the Real Thing.
Sigh. Smirk. Sigh.
